Laptop Service Not Done

Sirs,

I have Purchased lenovo Y550 laptop on 21/12/09 From Binary systems Jamnagar, Gujarat. Since February 1, the laptop was not charging, I am not able to use it. I have taken it to sevice lenovo center, but they said that the part will come in 3-4 days, it has crossed 1 month, i have wasted my working hours for this travels 100 km to avail service. When i contacted the service head in delhi there is no proper reply. I am suffering a huge loss because of this and it affects my work. Kindly take necessary action.
