Camera has not came upto now

This is SARVESH.P, sir I have purchased lenovo ideapad z560 on jan 1st 2011

At that time there is an offer for this ideapad i.e, 10 mega pixel camera is free

for this ideapad.we have already registered before the deadline of registration

but up to now we did'nt get the camera.we have given total details, but we did'nt
