Hi,

i had ordered a hcl monitor through Letsbuy.com Vide ORDER NO> 161239 on 06/06. there is no trace of the monitor even after 3 weeks.

every time i call up i get some lame excuse from some lame customer agent and he/she makes a false commitment which is never never fulfilled. not even once i have been updated about the status of my product.

i have given up on even calling these people as the only thing is get is that i am put on hold for 15-20 min and then given some lame excuse and a false commitment.

this has happened not even once but 6 times.

this is the worst worst kind of customer service that i have ever seen in my life...
