Non -receipt of product, ever after full payment through credit card

I, Kushal Jhunjhunwalla, am very unhappy by the services of letsbuy.com, as I had ordered two pen drives about three months earlier and have not yet received it. I have previously lodged many complaints about this matter over the past 3 months without any prominent results. The payment has been made correctly and yet I have not received my order. Calling up and complaining about my products have cost me more than the products I have purchased from them. I have reached my limit of patience.
