Complaint of LG TFT Monitor Complaint No. C1080702523

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my complaint of LG TFT Monitor Complaint No. C1080702523 dated 07-08 & C1072401508 dated 24-07 and still pending.

I am following up with LG customer service since 24/07 but no one in LG company is bother about their product / customer.

Everytime I call to customer care, I hear a standard reply "your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours".

Request you to help me in resolving the problem.
