Sir,

This is Maj RN Sharma from Ferozepur, I had purchased a Laptop LG Citrine GM 45 (RD410-G.ADT4A2) at DS Associates, Ferozepur Cantt vide their Invoice No Retail/1390/08 dt 02 Jan from the date of purchase i was facing lot of problems the vendor said that the OS will be installed by them and the total cost of the laptop was Rs 37500/-. And recently my system was giving some problem which i presented at LG Care Ferozepur, they said that display cable is faulty and it has to be replaced they had given me 5 days time on 02 Aug 10 I visited the LG Care, now even a lapse of 3 weeks the spare has not reached by them as intimited.

The service is totally disgusting. I have no words and am frastruted by purchasing this kind of product. I request u to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
