What shoul i do

Hi.

i am a mba student. i got a laptop from my college side. after one year i had some in my laptop, through the college i have given my laptop to service center, its being 3 monthes,

he had given me his laptop for standby. from last 2 months when i ask him to give my laptop back he tell me i'll give your laptop today- tomorrow like that.

ame ting he saying to college administration also. but he is not giving my lapto, and i dont have any recipt for laptop repairing. this my problem..

can i go to consumer forum against his com. suggest me plz.
