Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring notice that Lifestylestores representatives are very bad in support. I am a regular customer to the store have The Innercircle card points are added as you spend. Orginially the card was issued in Chennai city centre -Chennai year 2006.I approached the Orbit Mall Lifestyle store Hyderabad once they had the records which they updated my current cell number. After sometime when approached to add my points they don’t have my records. After repeated follow up also there is no proper response from the executives. Market executive send a snap shot of the system generated information. At the end of the day how it would help the customer to claim his points.
I would advice all the people not to shop Lifestylestores they are not customer oriented.
