Cheating and Unnecessarily deducted Rs. 99

I got a sms like this:

Thanks for downloading Valuepack: Ad_Racing_Games_99. Your've been charged Rs. 99.0/-.

I didn't press any thing in my mobile and they charged unnecessarily, they deducted Rs. 99. And I don't know whom to contact regarding this. I am worried about from how many people they are charging like this. Regarding this I called to customer care but they said we are not responsible for this. please take a serious action regarding this otherwise so many people will loose money unnecessarily and unknowingly.
