Encyclopedia and other educational CD received from India Today Book Club but in poor condition. All were bearing scratch marks. When pictures sent to seller they advised to return it back. We returned CDs but they have neither sent the new CD back to me not refunded my amount.

I have many mail confirmations from Seller at response@indiatodaybookclub.com

Please help as this is continuing for more than one year and I want to take legal course.
