Sir, I bought a laptop from Lotus electronics super market sultania road Bhopal on 19/10. In diwali offer they offered me free gift fry pan. But at that time they have not delivered me this gift because the gift is not available at that time. They said that we will bring fry pan soon then you can collect it. I wait for many days then I visited the the showroom again. They again said to me that this item is not available at that time you can try after few day. I agreed with us and come back. After 15 days I again visited the showroom then they gave me same reply and also said that if this item will available we inform you. I wait for many days then after one month I contact to the showroom on phone they said that please come and collect this item if this item will not available we provide another item. Then I again visited the showroom they gave me same reply that this item is not available. Gift due slip No-7962 Date 19/10 .Please look into the matter and help me.
