DELL Laptop purchased from Nagpur dealer not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a DELL Laptop from Nagpur dealer, which is in warrantee period. This Laptop is not running condition since one month, and showing the massage to get repaired. Some softwere and drivers are not in working conditions. There is also problem of ram etc.

I tried at my best level to register my complaint online through the number given by the Company, but ubnfortunatly compaint could not be registered, and therefore this mail is submitting to redress my compaint as soon as early. Hoping that, your honor will take action immediadly.
