Pathetic Customer Service

I gave my laptop for repairs on 9th June and 10 days have passed but I haven't heard from these people. Have been calling them day in and day out but there's no response from these people. I really wonder how HP has appointed them as a service center.

Once again I would like to request everyone to refrain from giving their laptops here. Their other branch in Jayanagar is also similar and is of no use. Repeated calls to them asking for service center manager's number yielded no response. Perhaps they have been told not to divulge the details to anyone.

Very pathetic service. Please beware of Maha Electronics.
