I have purchased the HP pavilion key board from hp service center Maha Electronics. They took the full value of the new key board and took the old one I used. They told me the reason, that they are to taking the keyboard according to the conditions in the quotation send to me as email. In that email conditions are written in the attachment and also in the email. The 3rd condition was different in the same dated email and the attachment. In the attachment the condition was "3.if parts used are exchange parts, defective is to be returned to maha electronics". In email they were written that "if parts used- all defectives to be returned to Maha electronics". Is this is an illegal condition? If they have to take the old one they have to reduce the price of new one.
