Invalid serial numbe

On 14Aug i have purchased minilaptop of "HP G62" Rs.36000/- .

when i tried to register the product in customer care they said "your serial number in invalid & suggest to visit dadar service center".dadar office engineer said." this product is illegal, the country-ship of this product is USA, so get replace from dealer".

now the dealer is saying "serial number ko goli maaro, jab laptop me kuchh technical problem hogi tab aana OR agar replace karne gaya toh woh jhut bolne laga ke maine toh tere ko layte vakt bol tha ke hp ke warrenty chahey toh rs 5000 dene ko
