Charging heavy fees which are not shown during package purchases

Hi,

Manashosting is offering various packages for web hosting, domain registration etcc.. They have packages like 3years hosting at 3000/- offering lot of features. They provided a control panel for managing websites. After buying the hosting space, they are asking to migrate to some other control panels by paying an amount of 999/-. Even if we are comfortable with panel and dont have issues we need to migrate just because manashosting decided so. if they have issues with panel why cant they do the migration for free..?? also if these charges are not paid, they are bringing databases, locking accounts, denying services and resorting to unethical methods. Dont get into the mess of these folks and go with some standard provider.
