Very bad after sales

First of all they are very rude and they keep duplicate goods and cheat you

i buyed saegate 160 gb hard drive for which i paid 2000

and after that my friend asked opp to this shop named neotech computers and there he told 1800

so i told him to take i back or give it for 1800

then aftre some time he started giving bad words and it was very insulting

and now when my hard drive is not working i wanted to claim replacement so i went to the shop from where i purshase that is a & a

and he make me to run at service centre

where at neotech they will accept product and they will replace it for customers

and when iwent to service centre my hard drive was declared out of seagate

product which states that is duplicate

and when i ask him to replace he says "aisa nai hosakta seagate walo ki ghalti hai"

unko bolo

now u say whoes mistake is this

il tell u

it was my mistake that i purchased from A & A COMPUTECHS

I WISH THAT I WOULD BUY FROM NEOTECH COMPUTERS

SO BE WISE PEOPLE
