Torch and Keypad is not working

Hi sir,

I am jugal Kishore I have micromax mobile model no X250 .Purchase on 9-8-09. I am very poor person and cannot purchase other mobile. I going to jammu service center address is near gummat jammu about 5 times in a month. My mobile is also in service center for 2 months. No body give me the correct status of my mobile. But no can handle me and issue is not yet resolved so I requested to please help me to resolved my issue.
