I purchased micromax edge modem611u in last week from that I am unable to access the internet through this. it cant connect to computer. the Airtel shop in Wardha district where from I purchase this they are unable to solve the problem. the customer care number is always busy. please give me solution or refund my amount and my seven day charges.
