PF not received by 1 year now

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am N.Mohandass, worked in Microsense Pvt Ltd. I had applied my PF forms 19 &10C past 10months back thru my HR. My PF account no. is 1337800000/0942.

After several followups inperson & by phone calls, they have said your payment already settled by the cheque nos. 215135 & 350185, dt.21st October. Inthe claim status shows settled. till date i didn't received any payment from PF office.

Again we went and requested to check the current status, they replied me already despatched to my address. But TILL DATE I DIDN'T RECEIVED any single payment from PF office.

I am requesting you to take this matter immediately and organise to get my payment immediately.
