NOT RESPONCE FROM YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER

Dear Sir,

Your service Engineer Mr. Sudheer kumar did not responding to any complain. Since Monday dated 16.7.2012 I am contacting him and getting reply that I will come today. But seven days past and that person did not turned up. We are really fade of from the service provided by Microtek. The reputation of the brand company is going down due to service Engineer like Mr. Sudheer Kumar. He is not bother about the reputation of the Microtek..Kindly look into the matter seriously.
