Attery problem

My complaint is register in customer care arond second last week of march.battery is not working according to your service agent.he said he will change the battery with in 2-3 days.but still he has not coming .i have complaint again. two months passed but problem is not resolved.they just lingering on the problem.now warrenty period is also over.so pls solve my issue as soon as possible
