This is to let you know that I have brought A ups from your company and it is in warranty period. Due to some problem I contect one of your service center (microtek International, 9 Ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata-700019) few times but they are unable to resolve the problem and confusing me continuously. Therefore my kind request to you to look into this matter and resolve it.
