LG Monitor inner part broken

I had given My LG Monitor for servicing, on that time there was a power On problem, after 7 days they had returned back on that time found inner part of monitor is broken & saying it is not possible to rectify. now when i am asking about that, they are saying how it is possible??? we are not responsible for this. how can i get back my LG Monitor in mine previous condition? i am ready to pay fee for that but i want my Monitor Back.
