Minor Laptop repairs - Beware!!! Utter waste of money & you will feel humiliated!!!

Pathetic Service, even after charging atrocious rates! Just sweet talk & nuttin else. Paid 3.3k to get minor laptop issue repaired with a mths warranty. Did not take more than 12 days to make out, that it was a shoddy job. Told him in advance, that this is the first sign of being conked off soon, please get it repaired or checked, since, I will be out of station & be back when warranty expires. Said yes & didnt do anything & I had to take it outstation in same condition. Then, as expected, it conked off on date of warranty expiry. I called a hundred times to follow up from out of station, but the firm never bothered to follow up, as if I was doing them a favour by taking their service, infact, when I didnt even know them, which is the worst & saddest part. Please learn to give service, Sir. But, I guess, now, I realise, why, Maharashtrian person & business will never go together. Im sure, if it was a Bihari/ UP person, wud get 100 times better service. Please be careful, anybody, before going to them.
