Unable to connect and when it connects it takes lot of time to send or recieve mails

Sir,

since 10 days there is lot of problems in operating rediffmail. it takes lot of time to get access and when it open it takes lot of time to send mails or receive mails. in my window there is no option of save address i have more 200 save addresses where it has been gone.

sir we are having lot of problems if you have any mobile no please mails us and sort out the problem or else we have to go another user as you are creating lot of problems
