i brought my moserbaer usb drive sw 602c from a computer shop in thamarassery on

8/07.my device was working properly.but now it is not perfoming.an error like"PLEASE INSERT DISK".is appearing.life time warranty is printed on the packet.

please sir i must get an solution for my problem.please help me.
