Not working

Sir,

I bought an asus M2N68-AM PLUS board on 02/12. for my new Desktop from Compuneeds Shop, Kottayam. After bought this board, three times complained within this period..I gave it Rashi Peripherals on 09/08 whose inward DC No519.and Serial no 9CMOAC709779.But after these days no response. So please give a new non complaint keyboard as early as possible.(A newly board). Also inform me. Please take necessary steps as early as possible.
