Poor service

Dear Sir

I am surender kumar a Employee in company. In 2008 i had purchased a computer mother board from sec-7, faridabad place of brand (GIGABYTE –GA-G31M-S2L-RH) which comes with 3 yrs warranty but unfortunately it stoped working.so therefore i vistited gigabyte service center and submited my board there, they had repaired it but yet its not working so again i complaint them but they people not responding me.
