Non Receipt of Company AGM's reports

Iam share holder of the compnay having 1000 shares certificate nos as follows

7424501 to 7425500 my folio no. SBS-398 i have purchased the compnay shares in

the year of 2001 @10/- per share till today compnay had not given any dividend, nor given any Annual General reports to me, I have tried to enquire about the company through the net, but answers is in the company website is information not available.

please see what is the compnay status, I have write several letters addressing to compnay chairman, no reply from them, please see the same, I have converted the

shares in demat mode, in necessary I will sell the same to company
