Please beware from joining companies like Multiplex as they are totally exploiting people and will snatch your freedom and you will be made to work like a dog.

There is no growth and you will not be allowed to leave the company. If you try to leave they will not let you go and will not provide the necessary papers you require. So the option left with you is to leave the company without your required papers. So you are no where but only option to work there.

Moreover these types of companies should be closed as they are running there business in non-commercial areas which is already banned.

Government should take some necessary actions on these companies. They are ruining the life of employees and making a good profit in there pockets.
