Quotation dated 08/11 for Rs 16, 002/- from " M/s MVS Info Systems", I have placed an order with the MVS Info Systems for a personal computer and the system has been purchased by paying advance of Rs 2, 000/- .The company have wrongly provided the “Asrock Mother board” instead of the “Intel Mother Board” which the company has promised to provide as per quotation “system configuration” dated 08/11. Hence I have paid the company Rs 13, 000/- on delivery of the system towards the same and the remaining Rs 1, 200/- was paid after the company replaced it with the “Intel Mother board”. Now the company after receiving the total and final payment is demanding extra Rs 1, 000/- saying that they have given wrong quotation and the extra amount has to be paid and even the service has not been given to me. As my system purchased from company has malfunctions and my several request's over phone to send company's service personal for resolving the problem were rejected.
