I purchased the spypen 16gb having order no 109660 by payment of rs/-1890 from naaptopl on 27-11-09. thier is no operational mannual and software CD. the spypen is not working properly, his clip is loose and it is scratched. i called to customer care for change of product but they are not giving me response
