Naaptol is doing fraud & cheating on national level

Dear Sir,

I wanted to highlight the running fraud & cheating on nationwide big level.

Please look at this company & complaints registers against this company.

This is one of the most shameless & one of the biggest fraud & cheater company.

Which is cheating all the Indians in this country.

Unfortunately, there are no such law/rule in India to protect customers.

I had placed an order on www.naaptol.com with the details bellow.

Item Orderd: Altec Lansing VS2421 Speaker 2.1

Date of Purchase: May 22, 10

Amount Paid: Rs. 2599.00/-

In their terms & condition, it's mentioned that, item will be delivered in 7-10 days.

But after 9 days, my item is not shipped at all. Repeated calls (chargeable ISD) to their customer service has no benefit at all. Already spent hundreds of rupees on calls & multiple e-mails has no ve results. Customer care just lies to the customers. They are instructed to give just false commitments to the customers.

This company is just behind the buyers' money & don't deliver the product.

If by mistake they deliver the product, it's always a fake/duplicate of the original.

It's a nationwide scam & surprisingly, govt has turned blind eye on such big scams.
