I have placed an order for an External Hard Drive with naaptol.com on 29th Aug order no. 2347982 and paid the amount at the time of placing order. But till date i havn't recieved my poduct nor i have received any confirmation about the dispatch details of my product. I have called their cutomer care many time they say that are sorry for unable to dispatch the product. And requested everytime to wait for 7-8 days.
