I have purchased an ACER 4738z Lap top from Siddhi computer, Ahmednagar. The dealer has informed about the festive offer on purchase of the ACER Laptop and requested me to register in their website www.acer-online.co.in for the lucky draw contest. Since then I made the purchase I couldn't open the site. It is a trick and cheating by the company offering such gifts and fooling the customers. This will lead to customers distrust with the brand and may not prefer to go for purchasing the product. The mgmnt should take necessary steps towards such announcement and act on it or they may have to loose their customers in future.
