Acer Aspire 4736Z
Adaptor not given back after repai

I bought acer aspire 4736Z in june & it's adaptor ceased to work properly in august. I registered complaint & submitted the adaptor to the service center in Karnal (Hannu Services). Since then there hasn't been any positive response from the service center. They had not returned me the adaptor & they showed against my case id that they had returned the adaptor to me. My case id is 081710/310. I want to have strict action against this carelessness.
