Acer Aspire 5738G laptop

Today I went to purchase a new laptop of Acer aspire 5738G for which I visited the auth.reseller in Cuttack, i.e.M/s Nigama Comptech & Services Pvt. Ltd. From the beginning the laptop started giving problem of switching off frequently. When the problem was intimated to their service in-charge Mr. Rajkishore in Bhubaneswar, he asked me to login for the same problem. So I want to ask Mr. Rajkishore as if I have been there to spend Rs.40000/- to login before I use the product. If this would be the attitude of the service guy then I am certainly not here to bet for a Acer product anymore. Inspite of my bitter exp. with a previously purchased Acer PC and becoming a victim of Mr. Rajkishore's indifferent and arrogant attitude I decided for the shake of Acer hoping that the Company would have replaced Mr. Rajkishore by an efficient and competant individual to make their customers happy and satisfied. But I was made fool to decide in favour of Acer by coming to know the presence of the same person Mr. Rajkishore as the service-in-charge in Orissa. If this is going to be the case for Acer service then I won't let a single individual uninformed about the bad state of affairs about Acer in Orissa.
