My newly bought laptop Acer aspire 5740G was under warranty and given for repair at Delta Technology Goa as referred by ACER. Its one month now and the laptop is not yet repaired. I lost one month warranty period also lot of money and inconvenience due to this delay.
Service station has not yet received the part. Problem was these was sometimes no display when computer was started. Service center engineer told that the mother board has to be changed. but they did not receive that part yet.also the acer customer care call center has not have any information and is very difficult to contact. I am displease with both acer and service centre for the delay and want to file a complaint in the consumer forum against both. and wan them to pay the compensation for the delay cause.
