NAP COMPUTER ELECTRONICSS
PRODUCT NOT WORKING

We bought two nos. of USB to Seriol port connector on 13 Augest 2011.one is working properly and the other one is not working, I requested to them to change the new one. but they are abuse me, before buying they told me that the things are not working properly that can be replaced. Kindly take necessary action.
