Respected sir/madam,

Recently I purchased your acer aspire 4830t laptop (date:24/10). But the problem is one of the USB port is not working. All the drivers were installed, but no result. I have consulted your showroom/service center Belgaum, but they told its hardware defect from the company only.

If the products are not tested before delivery what about the cosumers? even after consulting service center they are not responding properly!!

what should I do now? If its defect from company they should replace the laptop or they should provide on spot service. Who will be responsible for this?
