on 21.10.2010 I complainted the matter to your service center vide petition NO. 101011321 and our system S.No. AWP23GT1928417355ZE. On the same day you (yours receitption) told to me as with in two days the problem must be rectified. but, the system was not rectifed so far, plese sent your service engineer to rectife the problem as early as possible.
