Billing Problem

I was purchsed Acer Laptop model no. 4736z, S.No. LXP540C0279463C2A71601, SNID 94624643916. on dated 15.02. from Mr. Amit Kumar, Key Point, Jalandhar, Punjab. on that date he was provided me bill by saying that he will provide me after 2-3 days. but by asking after many times he was not provided me the same. I was camplaint it to Acer company but they said that they dont have any record of this and have no record of their dealers. Is it possible that Acer has no record. Company is not hepling me about it and dealer is saving his taxes by not providing the bill and selling the Laptop black in market. So please Help me...
