Wrongly charged by service center without solving the problem

Sir/madam

on15th july i gave my acer laptop aspire one at your authorised service centre located at Nagpur service center, at Senate Technology, near orange city hospital shop no.14 ph-0712325226. The service center person without checking the problem he will give the 900 rs it is the just diagnosis charges if Ur problem is solved then ok other wise u will pay minimum charge for that.

thats why i will forward this request to higher authority to change the behavior of the technical team person other wise u will face big problem in future.
