Poor service

Sir,

i have registered complaint against screen of my laptop with case id 062711-538 on 27 june. An engineer visited and told that it need to be changed and it would take one weak to replace it. Now it has been nearly one month but my problem is not sorted out. The service center is saying that they are waiting for the product to arrive.
