Acer laptop as5920
Not repaired in 41 days

Acer laptop was given to acer for repair under post warranty pack on 19 july... till now the laptop is not repaired... Customer care says to wait indefinitely they just say part not available... i think i wasted my money towards lucrative from acer of post warranty... if they dont have enough resources to solve problems why do they waste our valucle money... pleasd take some action
