Problem in repair of my ACER Laptop

I have got my Acer Laptop but had some problem and for which I gave the same to service center at Pune and they said there is problem in mother board and that need to be replaced. As per their advice I got my motherboard of laptop replaced a month ago. Within a week of the replacement the same again showed the problem. I again went to service center and told about the problem.they told there is problem in motherboard and again that needs to be reset. Now since long no response from Customer care department and when I called I was told the same is not available. This is something which needs explanation why the same mother board which got replaced a month ago if the problem is in motherboard how come the same is now not available. Many a times the customer care people now are not answering the phone and this is unprofessional and intolerable. How can the model be a discontinued mode if the same is brought by me couple of years ago. This shows there is some problem with ACER Laptop or the person are telling the thing that is not realistic.

I need my problem to be addressed professionally as soon as possible.
