Poor service

We have supplied 5 laptops to a customer which is a non-profitable social organization. all the laptops having different type of issues like wifi not working drivers support for xp, adapter problem, external monitor (projector) port not working etc. The call center is sheer waste. they repeat only what has been in their policy not bothered about the customer issues. it takes hours to get them online and you have to repeat your entire history several time since the call disconnects very often. Never going to buy acer products here afte
