My acer laptop Aspire 4736 started giving me ample of problems .i stronly discourage everybody to boycott acer products as it is simply not worth having a problematic product. i have barely used it. i contacted the vashi service center to solve my problem of fixing the HDMI port . all they did was increase my blood pressure. after ample of calling and shouting and getting insulted at by the service people, i got my laptop back after a month. after a week my sound port started giving me problems and then subsequently my laptop stopped charging.i then contacted their andheri service center as the vashi one proved useless. they took the laptop kept it for another month . i tried calling and tried to follow up on the status of my product but they wouldn't answer the phone. finally after two months i got my laptop back only to see that the fix was temporary. the charger port has again stopped working and they have also damaged my screen. they have stretched this and now my warranty has also expired. i have tried contacting them but to no avail. please avoid acer itis the worst.!!!
