Problem in on/off

I purchased laptop of acer but within the warranty it is not workig properly nd when i aaproched service centre they told me that its mother board has got damaged than i registered on line complaint with case id 09106 on 20/08. since than my case is pending for want of waiting for parts .customer care executive r not responding properly and they r only avoiding me. plz do need ful as soon as possible
